4. Intellectual Property

You are responsible for maintaining account security and restricting unauthorized access to your portal credentials. Notify us immediately of suspected misuse.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided on an as-available basis unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Deka Works Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to project agreement terms. Outstanding fees for completed work remain payable.
